good goddamned question... in any case, I can't defend Miles, because that was fucked up. I've played Sinsiter, granted I didn't get past like lvl 15, but enjoyed myself nonetheless. Miles, that WAS bad form, and frankly you deserve the flames you've gotten from it. BUT you do run a good system. I like the edits; new items (NOT overpowered), new areas, new monsters. What I like the most is it's updated -constantly-. I'm not gonna say it's better than Sinister, just different. So honestly, come check it out.

Ok so being a co-op in sinister i couldnt resist checking out mileses board in the flesh.

The edits are great if your one of his edited classes if not there arnt many benifits for you. The new races get more starting cp then the old standard races so it kinda defeats the purpose of being anything else.

As far as the user base well its like having 3 dozen Galahads and a few moo/ant's all having 3 year old bitch fits at who killed who and this and that, even when in the rules it stated there are no rules as far as killing scripts is concerned

i loged off that bbs last night and still have a mega trying to dial into sinister even knowing that ill be one of the first to know when its comming up

it's all a matter of opinion, and at least Rex bothered to check it out and state why he doesn't want to play there. Blunt and a couple other folks haven't even visited, and they still talk shit.

I have yet to visit, and I'm not going to visit. A board with a sysop that will badmouth a board like Sinister, in his very own ad, doesn't deserve anything but three dozen galahads.

Well, sorry to hear that Speed, I'd like to play on the same board as you once, just to say I did. But I'm not going to defend the board, just simply say that the board isn't Miles, just run by him, and very well, I might add. Just because he made a slip (a small one) in his ad, you're gonna talk shit on HIS board.. hypocrisy at it's best.. like I said, make your own judgement.

I love how people praise the edits where classes/races are so horribly unbalanced..

He didn't make a slip, and it's not a small one. He did it on purpose, and it was a big one.

My main problem with his post is not that he dissed Sinister. He really didn't. If you read what he said, it says "While trying its hardest to keep balance intact (Unlike Sinister Urge BBS.) "

He's making a direct assault at Edge, saying that he doesn't try his hardest to keep balance intact. I've seen what Edge did with Mud. I saw the hard work and time that he put into his board. That was a completely ignorant statement that did not need to be made.

Again, I refuse to play on any board where the sysop can't take his head out of his ass long enough to realize what a quality mud is. It's an opinionated choice, I'm not trying to lay my beliefs on anyone, and I'll talk shit about anything I want to.
