i think that if it keeps crashing while utilizing the video card, you got a bad one. I personally went through 3 geforce4's before i got a good one. I've heard of other people having the same problem. RMA the motherfucker!!! ;)

wouldn't you know it, the problem was with the motherboard. i got it fixed now, and all my systems runnin smooth

I had the same proble.
It was caused by a memory stick going bad grr

I had the same reset problem. mine was caused by Overheat even though i had about 3 fans goin in the box.... solution... Redneck Rigged it with a set of twin window fans and a screen to keep out the dust/hair.
