I was over a friend's house when I read this and they all envy your living situation. You got it made in the shade speed



sigh, those times were good. I regret that I am no longer in that apartment, my roommate was not up to par on his cleanliness.

Shit I have great nieghbors! I live in a 4 story resort style apartments on a lake, and have no problems. The nieghbor across the breezeway is a cop and he dont even mind me smoking weed!

Right now, I live in a one story complex building with 8 apartments in it. I share walls with 2 different apts and I don't really notice much other than the water running in the bathroom (we have really good water pressure, and its hard to not notice the bath going). Before this, I lived in the ghetto across town a while back, and even then, my upstairs neighbours were some oriental family who were pretty quiet most of the time (they spent alot of time in their walk in closet at night tho), and my neighbor on the one side would sometimes come and knock on the door to share blunt before work on Saturday mornings.



I must just be really quiet, or nice, cuz I never really notice these problems..maybe the occasional footsteps of overhead neighbors, but that doesn't bother me...I guess growing up next to an active air base that tested Harrier engines at 2am contributes to your noise tolerance ;)

nod, I never really make noise or use my stereo in my house. When my friends come over all we do is take bong hits and play ps2/xbox or leave.

Oh yeah and for those of us who live in crappy old apartment buildings, doesn't it suck when your fuckin takin a shower and some biatch downstairs uses the shower and leaves you with scorching hot water to bathe with. I hate that shiat.

I have never lived in a house or apartment of which a toilet/another shower affects the one I'm using. I've never had someone flush and give me scalding hot or freezing cold water, I've never had someone else taking a shower and do anything but reduce my water pressure. *shrug* I guess I got lucky.

I guess i got lucky also. Most i have to deal with is a whiny downstairs neighbor that bangs on my floor now and then at 6pm on a saturday for loud stereo heh.. even tho her kids run around at all times of the night.. doing olley's on their skateboards in the hallway outside.. no big deal tho..

Nah, always lived in middle class neighborhoods/apartments. Well, I did live in the ghetto once, but it was for one day, the roaches kicked us out.

LOL I once saw a roach as big as my fist in an apartment my friend lived in.
