make all your edits before bringing the board back up, this up and down is gonna kill the user base and prospective users as well will be less likely to join. Just my opinion though

I think once he has everything straight, it should be reset. Position 1-3 is very discouraging to new users, I think the game should be played with no sysop intervention, just play the game how it's meant to be played. Though, it's not my BBS, I'm only a user/sys, but it's just my opinion. Huge top accounts is extremely discouraging.

Depending on what is done during cleanup. WG might be backed up every cleanup. There are many factors that could make a cleanup last 30+ minutes.
