Just like I get on top at about 90% of boards I play on, I AM a seasoned mudder, whether you choose to believe so or not. You're defending DX against nothing, its his plight but not his causing it.

Pond's a good guy... a bit of an asshole at times, but he's alright. When I went on my trip last month I asked the users who they wanted to be in charge while I was gone, and they voted for him, so... besides, he has done so much editing for me in the past month.

He did not report a known bug and refused to return many items that shouldnt have been his(qw he bought)

I would have stripped all such items.

He had a dupe holder account, I would have deleted that account and suspended his other account for a time period.

His potty mouth gang name would have also been changed, either by him or by me.

If he continued to cuss repeatedly after being warned I would have suspended his account also.

He should not have been jailed, period. An op must hold his composure.

And yes he has the right to voice his opinion on why he thinks a board is good or bad

Interesting i type new to create a new account like it says to and the board says no such user exsists. Well, guess i cant try this one out.
