Many people have installed it fine with the instructions they gave so if you can't understand it, you have to ask about the part that you don't understand. We can't help if we don't know what you are having problems with.

well, i scored new new copy of vbportal. This copy says its the FIRST to work w/ vbulletin 3.XX , and it turns out to be ture. Easy to setup and start using....



I'm pretty sure the copy you had was for vbulletin 2.xx something.
