all I can say on this is..I think lunars a great bbs..but i dont like or trust their ops, cept stu and his 'close' ops who have been ops since I met him...sys lightning shouldnt even be enabled...*shrugs*..dont mean this is legit tho, people fabricate shit all the time..just sayin.

I've already considered the source, and in this case i had ripper to give me insight on what happened. As for my "Op's", you aint been ON since Lunar was open. :yeahthat:

Since you opened, or re-opened? ;) Aye, I haven't since you re-opened. And it's not that I have a problem with your ops as people..they just arent people I'd like to play under, and seeing that they use sys lightning (and that its even activated) just makes it worse, if you know what I mean. Theres FAR better ways to handle rowdy users. Sys lightning is a cheap showoff ability thats easily abuseable (though it wasn't 'abused' I'd say, in this instance). The fact that its enabled automatically means I don't play, regardless of whos the op. Doesn't matter if it was just you, or syntax, or panterra..I just don't play where sys light is enabled. I've seen seemingly good ops go buck wild with sys lightning on some of the most loyal and non-problem causing players (coughkixcough, no hate;)) for the most mediocre of reasons that could and should have been handled with a 'dont do that anymore' but werent because they were intoxicated (not saying any of the afformentioned people would do such a thing, I'm just sayin theres a reason and not just some idea I've cooked up about what COULD happen..for me, its what HAS).



Also, I dont even play mud anymore..I don't even play on my own board. The only game I play now is tele-arena because its far better than mud, and much more of a challenge to play.

And under normal circumstances i agree with you 100%, but when this happens time and time and time again it starts to make patience grown thin. We NEVER sys lit people unless itd absolutly necessary. I'd rather have one of my Op's bolt someone to say "Hey,you been warned multiple times,so knock it off" as opposed to suspending them or IP banning them. Guess i just have an old world way of looking at things.
