Agreed.
But again, make sure the expense is worth it. I figure an early 90s Corsica, unless it's REALLY clean, isn't going to be worth much more than $1500. So spending 2-300 bucks (plus your time) but not increasing the value by at least that much would be a waste.
I found somethin better to spend my cash on, I bought a mercury 9.9 OB, for $800 cdn, and the guy thru in a free 12' boat, gas tank, spare prop, & oars.
(for those that dunno, I'm be sarcastic. a Mercury 9.9 OB usually run about $900 to $1500 by themself)
But from a locksmith if I have to have a new lock re-keyed $60 cdn. I still haven't pulled the old one. :D Procastication is high on my list :D
