Much more legible. I don't know much about editing, but I'm sure Syn or someone who knows much more will chip in now that it's easier to understand what you're asking.

there's no way to know if it's going to cause any problems without knowing the specific edits you have, which i already tried to explain.
you should back up the dats of your already-running realm, then use nightmare redux to create an export file of all the data from your edited realm. then change the files nightmare redux is reading from, and import the export file you just made into the existing realm's data. bring the board up and see if there are terrible problems, that's something i can't predict with the information you've given.
sorry, but this is the last post i'll be making on the matter, if you can't understand this you're probably SOL in general when it comes to editing.

just to clarify on this step, you want to export only your edited records, not your entire realm. if you export everything and then import everything you'd essentially be running a mud from the old version but on the new versions .dll code.
