Well I'm no meteorologist, but after watching that movie, I guess it has to do with the humidity of the air.. Or something...the hurricanes used up their energy

i have a WINMX & Bearshare, but there is rubbish copyies on there one is recorded in a cinema, and you can see some1's head on the screen!! quite funny but you can't see the whole film!!!!!!!
