fixed the teleportation rooms (thx degolas)



also in case i didn't notice in top post, regen time of monsters was cut by a third. i used the universal modifier:



monster regen time = regen time / 3 if regen time >= 1 and result must be >= 1.



also, cash dropped by all monsters was doubled



updated the mmud explorer file

I like my ansi's better.. :)
