In some instances the reality of multiple people playing from the same ip is very acceptable. I know for awhile their me and one of roomates at the time ran into this problem. Forunately we played on a board where we both knew the sysop in real life. It also helps when you can observe both chr's talking at the same time in gossip's. This normal comforts other users on the board. Their were some boards that we thought about playing on that said hey u got a roomate/wife/brother tough shit share the account or accounts end of story. Being a former sysop I do realize and agree with most that have replied thus far that allowing it for one really means should allow it for all, its really hard to regulate who is actually playing. Female's that actually play mud is low so wife excuse is not plausable. As far as the diffrence in top 10 and such of course a priest scripting with a combat class is not going to get as much exp, cuz they are prolly healing all the time. I think Miles is just mad because he wants a dupe and couldn't think of a good excuse to get one. Anyway as much I disliked the hardship's of finding a board for multi muders in one house a stance must be made or no stance at all.

SYSOP PLAYING



In the world of edited boards never ever will a sysop not play. If you want to find a board where a sysop isn't going to play you know where to find the legit boards.{prolly payboards} On edited boards you take a chance playing on a board cuz sysop do cheat sometimes, sometimes they don't but get to lvl 20 and if they are or your not enjoying self. =x, alt + h, File\disconnect, Unplug the computer. To sum it up stop bitching and start playing mud, cuz people that know mud can defeat those that cheat in most cases.

Apparently Miles has a problem with me. If I cheated, why wouldn't I be #1?



Well to keep it less obvious. Why are majority of the new 1-h sharp items Ninja only, and you happen to be a Ninja? Anyone who disagrees look at the website.



My board went private for 2 reasons.



I can understand that. There's lots of reasons people go private. I knew you had a huge userbase and needed to cut things off. But sometimes I wonder if making a BBS Private is just a weak attempt to keep out the people who really care about fairness? The people I always see bitching like Artic, Ant, Moo, Splat, Ghalahad, ME, Etc etc, Are always bitching about BBS fairness, Ops, Sysops.. If you Shut them out, People script on, dont talk about it and that the end of that?



-I have never personally had a problem with you cheating, never claimed you were a cheater, and I really didn't mind that you were a playing Sysop. I don't know where people got the idea about me claiming you were a cheater in gossip. I enjoyed SinisterUrge for a while...Its a good board. Still, The Ninja items.. I mean, Cmon. Also, Other people I've talked to about you had some pretty bad stories about you and taking advantage.. Probably a long time ago when SinisterUrge was new.. So I didn't pay much attention.



Most of the lag has been because I've downloading a bunch of shit lately, and while that's not the reason it's lagging, people have been downloading shit from me, and if I could remember where I stuck those movies, I'd move em so nobody could get em from me. That's my fault also.



If your gonna run a board that's so Kickass with so much potential, Why not get that shit out of the way and be dedicated?





The husband/wife team has been playing on my board for a long time, and obviously don't script together all the time, when one is #8 and the other is #12. You're ahead of one of them, why are you even worried about it? Are they attacking you? Is the priest keeping the lyricist alive while she's killing you? No. Don't worry about it.



Yes. They attacked my script, 3 on 1 with I'm guessing there other roomate or some BS lie... and imagine that, I died due to the immense Lag? And Yes, The Priest keeps the Lyricist alive, and They script areas twice as hard as either of them could possibly imagine scripting solo. As well as accomplish quests that Neither of them could do solo, LET ALONE, The dumb wife.





So, if you're quitting, great, I really don't care. Go play somewhere else and see if the sysop there will tell you where someone is scripting, since I wouldn't tell you when you asked.

I asked you if you would do that, so If you did it to me, I could call your ass on it.

:rolleye: I cheat? How Do I cheat if I don't even play? I don't have a character, I don't script, I seldom leave the Halls of Dead. I am with Panterra on This one. I am in my own realm simply to know what's going on, and to help users with questions and service them. I sit, I do nothing, I dont *PLAY* the game. The only thing I do is help my own Users. A Sysop who dosnt "Play" dosnt "Care." ... Right. How about a Sysop who "Cheats" dosnt "Care."



I don't know if Panterra actually plays a character, but Im sure he dosnt use his powers as an advantage. If your gonna play a Sysop character, why not start late? Why not let the other characters have a chance to get items first? Why not start late, then wait for the release of a secondary BBS that you can be in

1st place at? Or is that to hard? It is for me.

Im in that gang cause Im friends with Drago. Not Edge. If Drago had not asked me to join I would not be in any gang. I do however know Edge from playing on Sinister when it first came out. And I scripted normal areas after I was to big for the new Mausoleum. Other than that I kill BOSSES. If your gang members did the same they would be on the top too.

Alot of you dont know me (only been mudding a little over a year). I usually just stay in the background and watch what is going on around me but i thought id just say a few things. Sinister is a bad ass realm and a lot of work has gone into it. I dont play there anymore because of the lag (hopes it gets fixed soon). Someone said The Elven Mafia gang memebers are top because they kill bosses, but they use to be in another gang with Rex as there gang leader. Rex I got mad luv for ya man but when a sysop uses his powers to tell his gang if a boss is alive and when it was last killed and says its ok to do so i tend to disargree and your gang had all the good items from the start. Rex said he would tell anyone who wanted to know if a boss was alive but is that right? Some one said keep his Op account online and make a message/response to telepaths about bosses. He said it was to much work and i said "what if someone writes one for you and all you have to do is cut and paste" he said it was to much work for him so it was left at that. Shortly after Rex had some problems so he didnt play for awhile and everyone left the gang but by that time alot of his members were on the top. Yes i did try to get into the gang and yes i was rejected so i started up my own, made it to to the top 10 but that was from long hours at keys and lucky breaks here and there. Everyone flames Miles and yes i knew he was a prick at times in the pass and continues to be one to the people he doesnt like, but he runs one hell of a board (lags every once in awhile but not bad at all). I would say some more but i have to go somewhere for a bit so until then laterz.
