Isn't $150,000 max (even though they won't get that) a bit much, PER SONG? How much money do radio companies spend per song played, isn't it something like .07 cents? Come on now, I don't think each song did $150,000 in damages - since a CD with ten tracks costs less than $1.5 million to produce. Korn made one that was $2million (which sucked horribly) and that was a breaking the bank high-dollar cd.



How can they possibly justify $150,000 per song?

But in a court of law, unless you are an organized group, you are a singular person doing a *whatever*, not as a part of a big group and then responsible for what they do too.
