I can understand security measures but whos gonna remember some FAKE info that they put on there to sign up with? Why not do something else. There has to be another way to do it. See, the reason i have the issue with it is because there was once that i put my REAL info on a board(like a dummy) and the Sysop got pissed because we were killing peps and than put our info on gossip for all to see. So, when i see that stuff i always put the same info in there that i saw on yours.

Well that is really fucked up and it gives good sysops a bad name. I've bbs' and sysop'd for a long time and having a good way to do verifications is invaluable. I have yet to see a better way, but if you have a suggestion or know of a good module perhaps im unaware of, I'm all ears.
