my comment was about a general legal action concerning turning of one's heat and/or electricty, not about turning off *his* heat.

I've had my gas nearly turned off 3 times, they don't give a good goddamn. Don't need a court order, just a delinquent payment.

They can't shut off any of your utilities IF you have a child in the house. And no Speed, for your information, I went on a Boy Scout Trip to Indiana, and the council paid on the premises that I would pay them back.

i have major bills, lots due to an ER trip in september - but i have enver once made a late payment

my debt: $0.00
