I use email notify too, but then I don't post in a gazillion topics. I forget what I posted in too much to not use it sometimes :)

hehe, nod i definately do. though i think i've only put maybe 10 posts in there.

i dont use it for the same reason ray doesn't. i check here more often, and plus i don't get many emails so i only check it once a day.
