Well shit..I just thought of this, but I think now the 5th align quest gives you spells in your spellbook, it no longer gives you scrolls..depends on your version of majormud..



Really..this question is irrelevent unless we know what version of mud you're talking about..if it's 1.11m, don't worry about your necro getting the spells..its impossible for him to get them anyway.

its 1.11h...so that means i've got the scrolls right? is it only mage that can use the scrolls or what?

oh ok i see now, the 5th quest scrolls are useable by druid mage and priest, so if i set them 2 the class they were for, then would that work so the necro wouldn't get them....also i have to add the new classes into the alignment quests dont i?

yup, that's what the quest organizer is for. look through the textblocks in each quest for the class checks. they are usually one of the last blocks in the quest. in the textblock will be something like "class 10:action:action:action|class 21:action:action" etc.

heh 1.11h..you honestly should upgrade..



Also..theres 9 grey parchment, 9 white parchment, 9 blood runed...3 for each class..all they show is "LearnSP" though, you have to look that spell number up and make sure its mage before you go restricting the scroll.



But seriously, you should upgrade from h..heh.

i've checked the textblocks for the 1st good alignment quest and cant find the check class bit, i know what i'm looking for coz i changed the stealth quest already...
