Why doesn't this issue finally get put to rest? Get over it. Go talk to attorney's, file lawsuits, whatever. Just deal with it and tell everyone afterward or do nothing and shut the hell up.

Because MMB is about having a voice, granted alot of things get dragged needlessly.
