I found one above the village, inbetween rakshasha's and the village theres an eastern exit type..he was only a few rooms that way.

Yes, any nomad will work. I was fortunate in that one regened in my loop(I hit part of the wall s side). If you cant find any other, there is one in the nomad tent on the E side of the desert.
