it isn't legal unless they offer it on their sites. since they don't...you should be able to draw the answer from there. This is something best suited for pm's.

I don't know anyone well enough on this board to ask...
I only know a few people who roam the boards personally and I know that they don't know where i can pick it up.
Can anyone tell me who would ge a good person to talk to?
