There's a few things you could do. You can open it up in an editor, and reduce the resolution of it. It'l look a little more choppy, but you'll still get the image. You can also turn off the animation, although you probably wouldn't wanna do that cause it's the main appeal of the banner. Reckless has a decent matrix sig that's not too big.

That's cool, I don't think it bothers anyone. I think were gonna have a lot of people saying this and that about things for a while after the new guidelines were set in.

nod, i don't really care either 'cause i'm never on a connection that's less than cable. i was just going with what the rules were... shrug.
a 28.8k modem usually equals about 3.6k/sec max
20k @ 28.8 = 5.6 seconds
200k @ 28.8 = 55.6 seconds
