Nod I see that you got it working now.. congrats. Okay well, you can do the same thing.. ie make a spell in that room that locks the door behind them. The only problem will be that if someone stands in that room while someone else is opening the door it'll close too fast.. it'd work better if you could put it on the delay exit type, but anyways.. the textblock should be...



Remoteaction {room number} 0 0 2



I really don't know how this command works, but I believe that will lock all the doors in the room.. if it unlocks them instead then change the 2 to a 1. Hope that's how it works, don't know what the other numbers do right now.

how does the other way work? the delay exit thing, will that work on a key type exit?

another way (and not always better for this, remoteactions seems cool) is to



have some text blocks setup



when u type "go portal" in a room - have it check item - take item - teleport Room# Map#



i guess if u have multiple rooms u'd like the users to pick from - u'd need commands like "go green portal" , "go newhaven portal" - what ever u need...





this would also keep them spending that money, every time they needed to use the portal
