Yup...I always just do a clean install with ntfs, so much more you can do and control with ntfs.

I have three bootable drives in my computer.

One for Win2k (my main OS)

One for Win98

One for Linux



IF I boot up the win98 OS you cant see any files that are in NFTS format. You can see FAT32 from a NFTS format but not vice versa

soooooo if hes dual booting he wont want NTFS but I havent seen his post saying he is sooo he prob isnt so just fuck what i said, its just the nerd in me :)

fresh install, NTFS file system, fuck dual-booting with 98 or anything. NTFS is decent stuff. WG works fine with win2k with NTFS. if you DONT format your 2k with NTFS you CANNOT use all the abilities of 2k (its microsofts way of MAKING you use NTFS(gotta love them)) Im a MCSE and I had to deal with all the bullshit in 2k it was a good time.

I have Win98 on my comp simply for older games heh

But your right, microsoft does love us!

yeah but the operating systems are getting much better with each one. sure you can hold on to 98 or dos even and play those games, but you're gay for even wanting to play those old gay games. upgrade your system, there's new shit coming out everyday
