Why dream, you can grow buds just like those in your closet with a couple of 400 watt lamps. Or for that matter if you can get one of those old and really big tower computer cases you can grow a couple in those with alot less wattage. And do it in the corner of a closet where nobody would ever notice heh

True that My friend is growing to plants right now lol.

The computer case idea is extra nice if you are paranoid or can't dedicate a whole closet to it... ya don't get much but if you do it right what you get kicks ass.

Another fun thing to try: One of my friends used to plant seeds all over random parks in my town. He'd come back a while later and check out all the spots... most wouldn't have anything, but a few always would. No one else would ever notice cause of all the other vegetation in parks, it worked surprisingly well. The only problem is, if you have seeds in the first place, you're probably not buying decent enough stuff :finger1:



Ya know, considering how much i used to smoke around the time when i was coding doormud, it's amazing that it has so many fewer bugs than majormud :-p

Well I'll try to give you a basic idea of how it works. First of all you'll have to find a big tower case such as alot of the older towers. Strip out everything on the inside, including dismounting the drive bays, get rid of the power supply etc. Mount the lamp in the top of the case and a little below that mount a plexiglass panel. Use the existing exhaust fan port where the power supply was to mount a good high volume fan that will pull the hot air out (you might have to modify the case with some breathing holes on the front side where air can enter). About an inch or so below the plexiglass put some chicken wire across (this will help keep the plants from growing up to the plexiglass and burning the tops). You'll also want another good fan mounted somwhere below the plexiglass pulling air out to keep the air around the plants from getting too hot. From that point the rest is downhill... to plant in you can use small pots or build a planter that covers the entire bottom of the case, your planter doesn't really need to be all that deep. Get your seedlings in there under 24 hours of light and you might want to top a couple of times early to make them just a LITTLE bushier. When yer ready to flower them switch to 10 hours on/14 hours off. Even with a big case after all the mods with the lamp and the depth of the planting medium your plants won't have THAT much room to grow but it's enough. Keep in mind that even growing in an entire closet that you are cloning from known females then only growing the clones up to about 1-2 feet before you flower them anyhow. This method definetly works, and you can do it on only about 300-400 watts worth of HPS or MH lighting. Oh yeah the only REAL concern with this method would be the smell... a good air ionizer in the closet will generally take care of that.

Oh yeah one more thing... Get some mylar... doesn't have to be the thick stuff just 1 or 2 mil is fine and line the inside of the case with it... if you don't want to trouble yourself with getting mylar then use some tin foil... but mylar is ALOT more reflective :)
