You can clearly see the life preserver under his shirt, though he states that he will float using only a plastic bag and his backpack.

Obviously, the whole point of the show is to show you how to survive if you are stuck in the wild with nothing. Do I expect the host to actually do these things? Yes. Only because the host claims he's doing them. Will I stop watching the show just because of these false claims? Nope.

Showing two ways of utilizing urine to keep you alive. Survivorman vs. Man vs. Wild. They both work, though by drinking straight urine you're taking a risk. Even though urine is sterile, it is a waste product, and contains millions of bacteria waiting to fuck you up.
