Just because you didnt use automated posting doesnt mean its not spam. It just means you are not smart enough to come up with an automated method.

I start selling software 4 years ago, I was like you, searching for people to make reviews for my app, but i made this directly from my website, with a feedback form on the main page.I don't get many reviews in the first 2 months , but when I truly understood my target the whole thing changed.



The best advice I can give you is to find your market segment which is most appropiate for this kind of software.



Read everyday posts from joelonsoftware you'll find valuable resources about software marketing.Your market is saturated and you have Outlook which is a very big competitor, also I think are about 600-700 pims availabe on the market, but only 100-200 of them worth a penny.



So, go, make a research, what i'm seeing now, this program is not capable to operate on a large scale, this program is for beginners in time management and some other niched features like sms reminding.My advice - search for time management forums, blogs, articles and make there advertising, invite people to try it, talk to them directly, not in this forum, many of peoples here are not interested in this kind of software because they are not your target and your image may suffer.



And, for those who thinks this program is a shit, a bingo card creator for example is a shit? yes because you don't have to use it, you don't know anything about it, don't make such remarks before trying a product.This program is very good compared with many from this category, but if you don't have any knowledge about time management and organizing and software development i suggest to be more understanding.
