Did you have Resurrection Sickness, Ghaleon? Lowers your stats but 25% or some such number, creatures 1/2 your level can then beat you to a pulp.

EDIT: I'll probably do the install for Tradewinds tonight. Would've done it earlier this week but I had to housesit for a friend, forgot to take the discs with me.

Hiya folks,

I'm new to Tradewinds server, but I'm mighty impressed. Just to aid the GM's, I've made a note of a few quests/npc's that may be bugged/broken:

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who: Gretchen Dedmar

Where: Brill

What: There are 2 of her :). One upstairs in Brill's Gallow's End Tavern, and one just outside behind the trade cart. Also the quest [The Chill Of Death] she hands out cannot be completed, as she refuses to acknowledge the items on the quest list [5 Duskbat Pelts, 1 Coarse Thread] .

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who:Apothecary Johaan

Where: Brill

What: Quest mobs for [A New Plague (Part 2)]. Quest asks for [5 Vile Fin Scales] from [Murlocs] to the North or West. I have spent a few hours and swam the coast from Garren's Haunt, westwards all the way South to Silverpine Forest without seeing a Murloc.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who: Carending Halgar

Where: Temple Of The Damned, Undercity

What: Quest [The Binding] seems to be impossible for chars who already have the spell: Summon Voidwalker. Char will still receive the Rune of Summoning but will not be able to summon & fight the Voidwalker. Not sure if this is intended.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who:

Where: Canal Exit from Undercity, near Scarlet Zealots/Missionaries

What: Attacked a couple times by invisible mobs, could not see or target them manually but when they damaged me it auto targetted them. I was unable to melee them or hit them with spells as they were out of range, I was, however, able to set my voidwalker on them.

That's about all I've discovered so far, apologies if these are already known or are mistakes on my part but I will try to give feedback if I encounter any other iffy shennanigans. :yeah:

Also I play on GMT, so if you need someone to handle bug reports ingame during those times, I'll be more than happy to help out where I can.

Keep up the good work :)

Nah. I literally had 1 HP. When I put my mouse over my hp bar, it would say I had 45 or so, then when I attacked, it suddenly went down to 1 hp and then the monster would hit me for 8 or so and I died.

It was very wierd and it didnt happen again after I downloaded the addons.

Heheh thanks for the compliment's. I used to be a software tester for a company who made Adobe Acrobat plugins, guess I picked up some good habits :)

Ok now for round 2: (you'll hate me eventually :P )

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Class: Warrior

Skill/Spell: Charge

Problem: Charge skill doesn't appear to generate the 9 rage that is stated. The 1 second stun is a little harder to check but the rage is definately not incremented.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Class: Warrior

Problem: Rage is not being accumulating on damage dealt. Appears to be correctly accumulating when receiving damage.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who: Woo Ping +

Where: Stormwind Trade Quarter

What: Trainer has 2 Plate Mail skill entries.

1st has no level requirement, is green at lvl 15+ (not checked at lower levels) and costs 1copper. Does not grant skill when trained but takes the money. [Bug?]

2nd has level 40 requirement, is red at lvl 15+ and costs 1g20s to train. Not been able to test if the second works if lvl requirement is met.

+ This seems to be the case on every trainer I've seen so far, not just Woo.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just let me know if I start to become a PITA :)

Well, I am sure this is a bug.

I have noticed in any quest where you need the MOBs to drop low level items they rarely ever do.

This is because they are dropping too many upper level items.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am getting tired of "too much of a good thing". I would like it if we could take a shot at fixing the drops.

INVIS, PM me and we can take a look at the script files and see if we can't get the drops back to normal.

This should fix being able to get the low level items required by some of the quests.

Let me know which mobs should drop which items and I'll se their added. I fixed the "Decombobulator" quest in Gnomergan and that works now. So just get me mob names and item names and I'll get them added in.

I will do that...
