Yeah I got an unexpected end of archive for the launcher. I had this problem before, with RO d/l'ing from his set-up.

I just hate being the guy to point out problems, even though I know someone has to.
REgardless, I'm going to try and nap for a few hours, and hope it dosen't turn into a long night's sleep, because I'm hoping to play some poker tonight, but not sure if my game's on this week (friend got arrested. doh!), plus I want to get this working before everyone goes to bed. :P

I have something called a wow control panel. If it works Ill place it up on here for people to use. Its to be used to login to servers the non-standard way. Ill be trying it out in 2 hours once I get home.

I dont know if ill be able to run this on vista 64 or not but ill try when I get home.
Question:
Ive done this before on private servers, and if theres one thing they find out fast is that you need a fast server + connection or else you get hella bad lag. How good of a server are you going to be running this off Invisi?

The server will be running a WIndows 2000 Server with 1gig RAM, AMD XP 2100+ processor and the net connection is 3874/836.

Ok, I have WOW installed right from disk. Installed the 1.7 patch, then the 1.8 patch.
Installed wowlauncher, put in the server name as stated and try to connect.
Keeps telling me it can't connect.
Have tried it with ports opened on my firewall, and with the firewall disabled. I am on cable (Linksys wcg200)
Any thoughts what I might be doing Wrong?
