level one cant go into newhaven arena

this is weird. i cant get into the newhaven arena.



im using 1.11m on winxp pro. i changed all of the exits to normal to see if it would fix the problem, but it doesnt work.

i even copied the room from the default file that comes with the server game unedited, but to no avail.





any suggestions?

i believe that is hard coded into the dll. just like items 100 (quarterstaff) and 68 (dagger) are hard coded so that everyone can use them.

or whatever

well, i basically just removed the down exit and eliminated the instant regen room altogether. then i made an exit southwest which leads to Newhaven, Stone Stairwell. Then you can go down and you enter the first room of the dungeon, which would ordinarily be north.
