On a second note, about what aragon was saying.....if they did allow legit bbs's to edit there mud's I would pay.....hell I would pay in a heart beat............think of the possibilities!

Posting an update...
We spoke with Jeff Hinds (metro head) today and he informed us that they should have a verdict on our lic by late afternoon today.
We can only hope they will decide the right way and end this as quickly and peacefully as it can be. Thanks for all the support we have received in this forum and others.

Yes, the lic in question is licensed to one individual. Although this account can be accessed by my users on my bbs. Therefore if I don't have time to post or someone has a question and doesn't have an account they can post on here and ask their question if I'm unable to respond to them or just not around to help them. I read all of the rules and guidlines for this fourm and correct me if I'm wrong but is it not okay for accounts to accessed by more then one person? Most of my users do not frequent forums but when and if they do I have provided them with an account so they can do just that.
