Sounds like a high initialization rate. Go into Worldgroup General Setup, then WCCMMUD, then INITRATE. Basically the higher the setting is, the quicker the board will come up but the slower it'll be as it finishes initializing. It's been a long time, but I think if you set it at maximum it'll run at ...
