actually no it doesnt make sense.if you are only allowing 2 accounts per ip why would a human voice need to be verified to see if they are running 5 or 50 accounts?

I wish the mornings were proportioate to the alcohol levels but at my age they arent any more mornings are about twice as long as they use to be
