I would guess that the cloak's cast msg is screwy or something. Look at the other quest cloaks and make sure they all match in format.

Ditch the maul, runic warhammer is a good idea.

I personally think, if you can do it or get someone to help do it, you are alot better off wearing the Phoenix ...

So drop the maul, get a shield and runic warhammer? I really dont have access to too many lims, its a pretty old realm, and alot of people playing. I'll look around though, thanks guys.
